About the event
This 4-week virtual group will participate in a guided Unpacking process designed to share experiences while building coping skills, and relationships. The group will meet on every Tuesday at 7pm beginning 6/24 - 7/9. Participants must have the UNPACK Your S.H.I.T. Workbook to register for the group. The link for the event will be sent via email prior to the first group session.
